Our 24/7 Remote Operations Centre acts as the NERC registered Generator Operator (GOP) for your project and is staffed by experienced energy market professionals who manage the day-to-day physical operations of your facility. Connected to your BESS via our SCADA and integration platform, our systems support two-way communication for dispatch signals, status monitoring, and real-time data exchange using standard industrial protocols. Our system is designed to accommodate:

- DNP3 or Modbus communication over a secure VPN connection
- Both Workbench-managed and customer-managed onsite infrastructure
- Read-only access for owners managing IESO dispatch directly
Performance Reporting
Structured reporting keeps asset owners fully informed and supports data-driven decision making throughout the life of the facility. Reporting includes:
- Monthly operations reports available by the 15th of the following month
- Annual report summarizing facility performance, operational efficiency, off-taker contract compliance, system operator compliance, maintenance activities, and any incidents
- Monthly meetings to review performance, address concerns, and plan upcoming operational needs
